Arlene is the first voice you will hear and first face you will see at Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling. She is the front desk receptionist and essential in the day to day operations of the practice. Outside of the office, Arlene is currently working towards her paralegal certification.

Stefanie runs the behind the scenes operations at Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling. She assists the clients and office with verifying insurance, billing claims, and invoice matters. She loves to find joy in the simple every day moments.
Client Portal Access
We want our clients to have a smooth and simple counseling experience. The client portal allows you to access your information with our practice and make any changes or keep information updated.
Through the portal you can:
- Make payments
- Update addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc
- Update insurance information
- Print invoices
