Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling PLLC has permanently closed effective October 30, 2026.
We sincerely appreciate the trust you and your family have placed in our practice. It has been a privilege to provide counseling services and support individuals and families through life's challenges and transitions.
As we conclude operations, we remain committed to protecting client confidentiality, maintaining access to clinical records, and assisting clients with continuity of care.
Continuation of Counseling Services
Clients who wish to continue counseling services are encouraged to establish care with a qualified mental health professional of their choice.
The closure of Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling PLLC does not automatically transfer clients or their clinical records to another practice.
Clinical Records and Confidentiality
Clinical records will continue to be securely maintained in accordance with applicable Texas laws, confidentiality requirements, and professional licensing standards.
Michael Flores, MA, LPC-S, will serve as the designated custodian of records for Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling PLLC.
Current and former clients, or their legally authorized representatives, may request access to clinical records or authorize their release to another healthcare provider.
