I believe in helping families and individuals become their best selves. I help clients discover their strengths, their exceptional moments, and help them define clearly their best hopes for the change they desire. We do this by conversing what solutions look like and the steps that get you out of the weeds and on your way to stable growth. 

I serve clients ages 10 and older. My strengths include working with adolescents. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

I have M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Tarelton State University and a B.A. from Austin College. I have worked in a variety of settings such as local non-profit agencies doing community counseling, extensive work in public education, and private practice. 

I have developed a course to assist step-parents in their family systems. This class enhances and empowers step-parents to work in a loving, caring, and effective way within the family. 

I am a lifelong learner and enjoy traveling and experiencing new adventures.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Please review intake paperwork closely regarding fees.

Every client's situation is unique and the length of time in counseling/number of sessions held will vary case by case. A Good Faith Estimate is calculated by multiplying the number of sessions with the session rate. A GFE may not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment, such as subpoenaing a counselor to court, etc. 

If you pay for services out of pocket, a Good Fatih Estimate will be provided to you at your initial sessions.
