Many of the issues in our lives feel complicated and overwhelming. I aim to work in partnership with you to determine your strengths and how you can utilize them to overcome obstacles in your path.
I started my career in the field of helping others based out of my own experiences with family, friends and mental illness. I wanted to know why people did the things they do. What I have learned is the why is not necessarily the answer, it’s more of how we manage the continuum of life.
I feel every person has the ability to benefit from change, to learn from their past and focus on their future. Sometimes they just need help to find those solutions and connecting the dots.
I serve clients ages 5 and older.
I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Social Work, both from the University of Texas at Arlington.
I have worked as a CPS Investigator, in Behavioral Healthcare and at an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital prior to moving into private counseling. My background has allowed me to see families and individuals from all aspects of their lives and how they interact with each other and the community.
I have lived in North Texas the majority of my life, growing up primarily in Arlington.

*Upon request, our office can provide you with the needed documentation if you would like to independently submit for reimbursement with your insurance.
Jennifer is in network with the following insurances:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Please review intake paperwork closely regarding fees.
Every client's situation is unique and the length of time in counseling/number of sessions held will vary case by case. A Good Faith Estimate is calculated by multiplying the number of sessions with the session rate. A GFE may not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment, such as subpoenaing a counselor to court, etc.
If you pay for services out of pocket, a Good Fatih Estimate will be provided to you at your initial sessions.
